Terms And Conditions

Last updated: October 24, 2026. These terms cover your use of the Alabama Storm Flood Pros website and phone service.

What This Service Is

Alabama Storm Flood Pros is a free referral service. We connect homeowners in Alabama with independent local professionals who provide storm and flood water damage restoration. We do not perform restoration work ourselves.

The Pros Are Independent

Every pro we connect you with is an independent business. The pro sets their own prices, schedule and terms, and any agreement for work is between you and the pro. We do not guarantee a pro's work, prices or arrival time.

Emergencies

If anyone is in danger, call 911 first. This service is for property emergencies, not life-threatening situations.

Using This Website

The information on this site is general guidance for homeowners. Conditions in a real home vary, and only a pro who inspects your home can confirm the problem and the right fix.
